At Beach Cake, the two bedrooms sit at beach level while the kitchen, living space, and pool live one floor up, so the ocean stays in view no matter where you are in the house. The villa’s “upside-down house” architecture, completed in a full 2020 renovation, pairs Balinese teak decking and ceilings with vivid artwork and sculptural light fixtures, giving it a youthful, gallery-like energy that’s rare for a beachfront rental this size.

Both king bedrooms sit on the lower level, each with its own ensuite outdoor bathroom featuring a rain shower; the primary bedroom opens directly onto the sand and adds an open-air soaking tub. A wide hardwood deck stretches over the beach here too, furnished with daybeds and seating for slow mornings with sandy feet. Upstairs, the open-plan living and kitchen space spills onto a second deck holding the dining area, and a third-floor observation deck delivers 360-degree views — ocean and beach on one side, the Turtle Cove marina on the other.

The private heated pool sits on the second-floor terrace, positioned to catch unobstructed ocean views while staying discreetly out of sight of beach walkers below. Beach Cake holds 80 feet of private beach frontage on a 0.6-acre lot, with Smiths Reef — one of Providenciales’ best snorkeling spots — right offshore. A kayak and paddleboard are included for exploring beyond the sand, and it’s a short walk to the marina and waterside restaurants for evenings out. Past guests consistently return for the same reef snorkeling and sunset views from the top deck that drew them in the first time.
