This Grace Bay villa rental is a study in disappearing walls: a ten-foot pocketing glass door folds the great room’s double-height living space open to the ocean, so the line between indoors and out barely exists. Beach Kandi sits directly on the sand at one of Providenciales’ best reef access points, with 60 feet of private beach frontage and a limestone pool terrace that runs almost into the water itself — the kind of setting that’s landed it on more than one guest’s “best honeymoon ever” list.
The two bedrooms sit stacked one above the other at the front of the house, each with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, and its own ocean view. The downstairs suite opens straight onto the pool terrace; the upstairs suite gets a private balcony over the beach. Between them, the great room’s open kitchen — European cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a window over the sink that slides wide to let in the sound of the palms — sits alongside dining for six and a living area arranged to catch the view.
Outside, the private pool is framed by triple daybeds, a curved lounger, and an outdoor sectional, with an oversized sunbed set directly on the sand and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim or a morning kayak. The reef just offshore is one of the better snorkeling spots on the island, and it’s an easy bike ride to the restaurants and bars at Turtle Cove Marina.
Daily housekeeping, a pool attendant and an on-call concierge are included, with a private chef and butler available to add. Air conditioning runs on a metered allowance of $400 a week, and pool heating is available for an additional $500 a week.
