This Grace Bay villa rental sits directly on the sand of one of the world’s most photographed beaches, five minutes’ drive from local shops and 350 metres from the Marine Room restaurant. One of four sister Bliss villas on the site, it spans over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, with full-height ceilings and picture windows pulling ocean views into nearly every room. The design leans playful rather than austere: soft neutral fabrics and quartz and stone finishes are set against 70s-inspired artwork, colorful velvets and rattan, with a second-floor snug in a distinct monochrome theme that gives teenagers somewhere to disappear with a book.

Five bedrooms sleep 10 across an airy open-plan layout topped by a mezzanine upper floor. Four carry king beds and ocean views, one of them with a soaking tub in its en-suite; the fifth is a garden-view double room, all five with their own bathrooms. A rear balcony, terrace and sun deck keep the beach and sea in view from the back of the house at all hours.

State-of-the-art indoor and outdoor kitchens and a full BBQ setup handle everything from casual lunches to full dinner parties, and outside, a heated infinity pool with a beachside shower and hot tub anchors a run of lounging areas built for a group that wants to spread out.
