This Long Bay Beach villa rental is really two houses working as one: a four-bedroom main villa and a two-bedroom guest villa, each with its own infinity pool, standing steps from the sand on one of Providenciales’ best-known kitesurfing stretches. Architects Coast, the firm behind several of the island’s resort projects, gave both buildings vaulted ceilings and an open, indoor-outdoor layout that keeps the ocean in view from nearly every room. Open the two properties into each other and you get a six-bedroom compound for a big family reunion; close them off and a couple gets the guest villa to themselves while the rest of the group takes the main house.
All six bedrooms are en-suite, four with king beds and two set up as kings that convert to twins, split between ocean-view rooms with soaking tubs and garden-view rooms with rain showers. The main villa’s living spaces and fully equipped kitchen open straight onto a covered terrace and al fresco dining area, and the guest villa mirrors the layout at a smaller scale, giving each side its own kitchen rather than one shared galley for twelve people to navigate around each other in.
Outside, twin infinity pools sit a few steps from the water, with outdoor showers for washing off sand or salt and a wash-down station built for kite gear. The beach itself is calm and shallow, good for younger swimmers by day and kiteboarding, kayaking or sailing when the wind picks up — Long Bay is one of the island’s established launch points for it. Grace Bay’s restaurants, shops and nightlife are a short drive away, and The Shore Club is close enough to reach on foot along the beach.
A gardener, housekeeper, pool person and on-call property manager are included, with daily maid service except Sundays and holidays; a private chef, provisioning, airport transfers and spa treatments can all be arranged ahead of arrival.
