The layout gives large groups genuine flexibility — five king suites, two family bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, and a private standalone king bedroom with its own kitchenette for guests who want extra separation.
Indoors, period furniture and warm, textured design run throughout the main house, alongside a sunken media lounge with an 85-inch television, an indoor bar with seating, and a spacious kitchen built for group cooking. Outside, this Long Bay villa rental leans fully into island living: a heated pool and a separate heated dipping pool by the Whiskey bar, a floating ocean lounge, and a pickleball court for guests who want to stay active between beach sessions.
As evening falls, two firepits on the beach terrace and two separate beach decks give the group room to spread out, while a waterfall cascade and outdoor showers tie the pool and beach areas together. Guests have access to four stand-up paddleboards and five bicycles for exploring the coastline, and the property runs on solar power via Tesla Powerwall.

For other dates, cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival are subject to a US$1,000 administration fee. Within 60 days of arrival, the full rental amount is retained.
