A standalone master suite anchors the main house, joined by four further bedrooms with a mix of king, double, and bunk configurations, several opening onto ocean-view terraces. The elevated guest house adds two more bedrooms with private balconies, while the freestanding Beach House at Hawksbill contributes three further bedrooms — two king masters and a queen room with a private entrance — around its own kitchen, living area, and private pool.

For other dates, cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival are subject to a US$1,000 administration fee. Within 60 days of arrival, the full rental amount is retained.
