All five bedrooms are king-bedded suites with their own en-suite bathroom and TV, and the upper-level rooms add private balconies with deep soaking tubs and ocean views. Downstairs, the gourmet kitchen runs on high-end stainless appliances and opens onto both a formal dining area and a covered grilling terrace, so cooking for ten doesn’t mean losing anyone from the conversation. A 52-inch TV anchors the main living room, and a second sitting area gives the group a place to split off without leaving the house.
Outside, the 52-foot infinity-edge pool has a sun shelf at one end for lounging in the shallows and a hot tub nearby for the evenings, with direct beach access down from the terrace.
