Villa Marahuya is a six-bedroom Grace Bay villa rental set directly on the sand in Leeward, Providenciales, where a black lava stone pool commands the main deck against the turquoise line of the Caribbean Sea. Wall-to-wall glass and lofty ceilings carry the eye straight from the entry through the living spaces and out to that deck, with no transition and no interruption — just an unbroken line to the water. The whole house feels built around that single view.
Six bedrooms are spread across two levels, each with its own en-suite bathroom finished in brass fixtures and dressed in timber and organic materials. One king bedroom sits on the main level with direct access to the pool terrace; upstairs, four more open onto a shared balcony with ocean views, and two are configured as principal suites with a soaking tub plus indoor and outdoor showers. A sixth bedroom can convert from a king to two twins, giving the villa flexibility for a group with kids. Indoors, timber-clad ceilings and terrazzo floors warm up the otherwise modern lines, and fully pocketing doors slide the living room open to the deck, flooding the space with light.
Days here move between the pool, the beach, and the shade of a deep architectural overhang built for long lunches. Lounge chairs sit on a shelf built into the pool itself, sun beds line its edge, and hanging cocoon chairs add another spot to read out the afternoon. A floodlit pickleball court, half basketball court, and golf driving net cover the more active hours, while kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear pull the group toward the water. As evening sets in, a sunken firepit with ocean views becomes the natural gathering point for sundowners before dinner.
