Pearl West is a Long Bay Beach villa rental set within The Pearls, a gated beachfront community with 150 feet of white sand shared among three neighboring properties. At roughly 12,000 square feet, the villa’s open-plan design leans into the ocean setting with floor-to-ceiling glass and ocean-themed artwork throughout, built for a group large enough to fill a house rather than a couple’s escape. This is a trip for a milestone birthday, a big family reunion, or several families splitting one enormous house instead of three separate bookings.
Eight bedrooms carry the villa — six with king beds, two with dual full-size beds — each with its own en-suite bathroom, TV, in-room safe, and fridge. Some booking platforms offer a reduced configuration of five to eight bedrooms for smaller groups, so it’s worth confirming the exact bedroom count at the time of booking against what’s shown here. With up to sixteen guests across the full house, everyone gets a private bathroom rather than a shared hallway one.
The grounds do a lot of the entertaining on their own: a main infinity pool crossed by a marble bridge connects two separate outdoor dining areas, while a second pool with a swim-up bar and a dedicated wading pool for kids round out the water features, alongside a jacuzzi. A 1,000-square-foot gym, an ASBA-certified championship tennis court, a Turkish steam room, a sauna, and an alfresco massage pavilion push the property well past what most villas offer. Evenings can move indoors to a home theater with a 95-inch screen, seating for ten, and a popcorn machine, or stay outside around the fire pit with kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear ready for the next morning on the water.
Pearl West comes with a full staff rather than the light housekeeping typical of smaller villas: a butler on duty from 8am to 9pm, a chef preparing three meals a day (food costs billed separately), daily housekeeping and pool service, a security guard overnight, and a dedicated concierge with meet-and-greet on arrival. It’s a villa run more like a private estate than a self-catered rental, though guests still book and use it as their own house for the week.
