This Grace Bay villa rental spans 7.5 private acres of beachfront, freshly transformed from its former life as the beloved Amazing Grace into Sea Breeze Estate, a 2025 renovation that keeps the grand, serene bones of classic West Indies architecture while adding the amenities a modern large-group trip actually needs.
