Four bedrooms are spread across two floors: the second-floor king room takes in ocean and canal views, two more second-floor queens look out over the canal and garden, and a ground-floor queen rounds things out with its own garden view. Every bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom, and the neutral, clean-lined interiors keep the focus on the water outside rather than competing with it.
Life at Sugar Apple happens mostly outdoors, right at the water’s edge. The heated pool sits pool-side to the marina, a fire pit takes over once the sun goes down, and the outdoor dining area gets plenty of use with the gas grill going and a cocktail on the terrace.
