This Grace Bay villa rental sits at the tip of the Leeward Settlement, where the shoreline curves out toward its own private point and views open up on every side. Contemporary, almost futuristic architecture in wood, marble, glass and leather runs through an open-plan layout designed to catch light and sea view from nearly every angle, with floor-to-ceiling windows keeping the shimmering water and swaying palms in constant view.
Eight bedrooms sleep 16 across the main house and a separate guest house. Three principal suites carry king beds, lounge areas, walk-in closets and private terrace access, all with ocean views; a fourth room pairs a queen bed with five single beds, built specifically for a pack of kids on a family trip.
