This Long Bay Beach villa rental sits steps from one of the best kiteboarding launches in the Caribbean, with shallow water to one side for beginners finding their footing and deeper water to the other for experts riding out even at low tide. Villa Umi is newly built and untouched by prior guests, set on a quiet stretch of beach with kite schools and beach bars an easy walk away. It’s a rare combination — genuine watersports access without giving up the polish of a purpose-built luxury villa.

Six king bedrooms are spread across three floors, every one with its own ensuite bathroom finished in grey slate tiling, oversized sinks, and rainfall showerheads. Three of the upper-level bedrooms open onto private balconies with ocean views, ideal for a coffee at sunrise or a nightcap to the sound of the waves. The open-plan main living area sets the tone for the whole house — wood-paneled ceilings, a large eat-in bar, and a layout built for groups who want to gather before peeling off to their own space for the night. A media room and library round out the indoor spaces for downtime between water sessions.

The pool deck delivers the payoff: a large rectangular pool with unobstructed views of the white sand and ocean beyond, ringed with loungers for the stretches between kite sessions. The alfresco dining table sits right in front of those same ocean views, with an outdoor grill on hand for easy group barbecues. Private terraces off several bedrooms add extra spots to catch a breeze away from the main deck, and it’s all just steps from the beach itself — bags dropped, board in hand, water in minutes.

Daily housekeeping, a pool person, and a property manager on call keep the property running smoothly, and a complimentary concierge service is included to arrange kiteboarding lessons, equipment rental, and other excursions around the island.
