Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 6,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, including two ocean-view master suites with freestanding tubs, double vanities, and glass showers. The kitchen runs on Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and imported fixtures carry the designer touch through the rest of the house.
A private infinity pool and hot tub sit on a 2,600-square-foot outdoor deck, with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, and fire feature set up for evenings outside. Sun beds line the pool terrace, and non-motorized water sports gear — paddleboards and snorkel equipment — are on hand for time spent on Grace Bay’s calm water.
