Dream Pavilion is built around a central courtyard, with soaring ceilings, lush planting and rock gardens across roughly 10,350 square feet. A private chef and butler come with the house.
All six bedrooms have a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a view of the ocean. The primary suite adds a Jacuzzi soaking tub, indoor and outdoor showers, double basins and an enclosed meditation garden. Three more bedrooms have both indoor and outdoor showers, and one room can switch from a king to bunk beds, which makes the villa easy for families travelling with children. At the centre of the house, an open-plan living and dining area runs into a full kitchen.
Two heated pools give the day two different moods: a 15-by-22-foot infinity-edge pool on the oceanfront deck, and a sheltered 20-by-20-foot courtyard lounge pool with its own bar, grill, fire pits and outdoor dining.
