This Chalk Sound villa rental occupies its own 2-plus-acre man-made island in Silly Creek, reached by a one-of-a-kind remote-controlled swing bridge that crosses onto a Turkish marble driveway. The island overlooks Caicos Banks, Chalk Sound National Park, and the Frenchman’s Creek Nature Reserve, with beach and ocean access on every side of the property. Vaulted ceilings, handpainted frescoes, and tall pillars run through the interiors, and a three-story library with mahogany paneling and a hardwood helical staircase anchors the main house.
Eight bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests across a detached two-level master pavilion with its own private office, three guest suites, a two-bedroom boathouse, and a separate two-bedroom guest villa — ten bathrooms in total. Crestron home automation controls lighting, air conditioning, and audio throughout, so the technology stays out of the way of the architecture.
