This Ambergris Cay 3-bedroom beachfront villa has direct access to the sand, with a ground-floor patio that looks straight out over the ocean. Tidecrest is spread across two levels, each with its own open-plan living and dining area, so six people can share a house without anyone feeling underfoot. From the upper-level porch, the view runs from first light over the water to moonlit evenings.

All three bedrooms have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and there’s a fourth bathroom as well. The primary suite adds a Jacuzzi tub and an outdoor shower, and the second bedroom has an outdoor shower of its own. A fully equipped kitchen sits alongside the living spaces, and every ensuite comes with VOYA bath amenities, robes and slippers.

Afternoons belong to the heated pool and its sunlit deck of loungers, with the beach a few steps beyond. The upper porch and ground-floor patio give you two different places to watch the day end, and the 300mm telescope comes out once the stars do. The tennis and pickleball courts are a five-minute walk; Calico Restaurant, Monck Beach and the bungalows are 15 minutes on foot or three by golf cart, and the Club House is about six. With Morning Star, Neptune, Olympus and Poseidon all within a three-minute walk, this Ambergris Cay 3-bedroom beachfront villa is an easy base for a family who wants grandparents or friends in a neighbouring villa.
