The arrival sets the tone: a lit sandstone driveway curves 100 metres up the hill to a court with covered parking for two golf carts. From there, a stone path leads down to the sand.

Waypoint is a single-storey house with four ensuite bedrooms for eight guests. The primary suite has a king bed, a Jacuzzi tub and an outdoor shower. Two further rooms each have a queen bed, one with a shower and bath and the other with an outdoor shower, while the fourth has twin beds for children or friends.
